Podcasts are a method of subscribing to audio posted on the Internet. Your program periodically checks if there are new posts and may automatically download the current files to your computer. There are three steps to subscribe to our podcasts.

1. Get podcast subscription software

There are a number of free programs you can download to play your podcasts. We suggest iTunes first since some of the podcasts use special features which iTunes provides. These are the more popular programs with a link to a more complete list.

2. Add the address of the feed to your software

For most podcast software, you will need to copy the address of the feed from the list and then paste it into your program. If you are using iTunes, we also provide links to the iTunes to subscribe through the podcast directory.

3. Start downloading

Your podcast subscription software is usually set up to update your subscriptions automatically. Once the audio recording has been downloaded to your computer, you can listen to it on your computer, transfer it to a portable audio player such as an iPod or burn it to CD for listening in your car.
